Game 6 Results - Bamberg Bears

It was quite the rematch! The Bears lost to the mighty Sharks 14 to 7 but it came down to the wire. With a few minutes left in the fourth quarter, the Sharks marched down the field to put the game away but the Bears stopped them at the goal line. Then with only 4 minutes left, the Bears came all the way back to the Sharks 15 but fumbled the ball with 3 seconds left.

Game 5 Results - Schweinfurt Ball Bearing

Once again the Ball Bearings fells victim to a Shark attack -- this time by the score of 40 to 8.

Game 4 Results - Kümmersbruck Red Devils

The Sharks lost to the Kümmersbruck Red Devils 38 to 20. Looks like it will be a long August...

Game 3 Results - Straubing Spiders

Yesterday the Straubing Spiders came to Erlangen and left with a victory 20 to 14. The Sharks couldn't get their offense going for the second straight loss.

In other league news,the Kümmersbruck Red Devils beat the Bamberg Bears 26 to 18. With these results, the league standings are now as follows:

Game 2 Results - Bamberg Bears

The Erlangen Sharks went to Bamberg and lost a close game 18 to 8 against the Bamberg Bears. The Sharks played well on Offense and Defense but were done in by too many penalties. Game photos are available in the Sharks Gallery.

Game 1 Results - Schweinfurt Ball Bearing
